PPPoA Configuration

Step 1. Click on Bridge
on you should see this. In the table, under Action, click Delete.
Step 2. Click on Phonebook and you should see this. Again
click Delete for entry BR1
Step 3. Go to the bottom of the
table and enter any NAME you want, followed for your ISP VPI/VCI.
For the Type, choose PPP and then click Add. (pls
refer to the ISP table here
for the VPI/VCI value)
Step 4. Click on PPP
and you should see this. You can delete those three entries PPP1, PPP2 and
DHCP_SPOOF if you want. Then at the bottom of the table, look for the NAME
of the entry you made in Phonebook in Step 3 and click Add. For the Encap,
try either one and see which want works for you. You can always change the
values.
Step 5. You will see your entry
in the table now. Click Config.
Step 6. In the Authentication
table, enter your User(name) and Password.
Under the Options table, change the Mode to what you want. Then
click Save.
Step 7. Change the Status
to On. Then click Save until the State
change to Up. If that does not happen, check you settings again.
Step 8. To see the
WAN IP address leased to you, click Routing. If everything
works fine, click Save all.
